Sup guyz,

Im thinking of buying the yamaha YFZ 450... please tell me what do you think of this quad.... im 207 lbs. and 5.9.....

 

think it is the best quad out there in terms of performance, raptors are more comfortable for many and and are fun to mod...

At first I thought they felt harsh to ride, and small. I'm 6' and 195. I bought one and I love it more than anything I have ever ridden now. Yamaha really did their homework on this one.

 

Its the best quad on the market right now bar none... Its a little small and I wasn't comfortable on it but for a smaller rider (im 6ft 5 245lbs) It is a great quad...

 

The seat seemed kind of narrow and hard to me. My rap is very plush and nice. I weigh 230 and I've let even bigger people ride it and they say it's comfy.

The 450 is bad though. Really fast and high revving. I would have to agree. Well it's been proven that the 450 is the mac daddy from the factory.

Cool.. does any one know what is the top speed of this quad.....

 

i dont know exactly because it's going to vary. certain things wil affect the top speed like the riders weight. I would bet on 75-80 though.

Basically any sport atv with 400cc or more will hit 65. Some are a little faster, but one tooth in gearing can change everything.

 

on badass machine just a lillte rough at low speeds like to be riiden hard faster you go the better it handles

 

i got a small track outside of my house i rode it on my raptor and made 1 minute 5 seconds i got on my buddies yfz and i ran it in 1 minute flat but in a drag race i beat him by a quad and a half length

track they are awesome mid range power is ungodly
