His sheared a woodruf key. If I remember correct, it was the counterbalancer key. RAPTORAZ....if you don't mind, what kind of compression are you running with your current build? How many hours of run time have you logged?

Nope. But I plan on asking him before the install. But I asked him a if there was anything I should know, or watch for, and he said no. That the installation should go smoothly. So I assume there is no clearence issues.

If you build it right you should have no problems, and take the right precautions for running high compression...

not yet, diesels are around 18:1 plus turbo boost

cometic head gasket, and i got the upgraded bolt kit from Bob, may not need it but it is good to have...Tourque the bolts down right .....and then recheck after break in..
