Default raptor 50

My son has a 2003 Raptor 50. When we first start it it runs fine but when the engine starts to warm up after riding it for 10+ minutes and he goes to stop it by applying the brakes only it wants to fall on it's face. I have taken it to the dealer and they mess with the screws on the carb. and then it runs fine while there at the dealer but when we unload it from the truck it continues to do the same problem that I had to begin with. Does anyone have any suggestiona? Thanks

Sounds like there may be an air leak around the intake ?

I would take it back to the dealer and run it for 10-30 minutes while there and see if it does it again.....

I'm not familiar with the raptor 50...but I assume it has an idle screw? Any chance that the vibration of the idling engine is turning out the screw? That would acct for a low idle and wanting to die out on you.

Just guessing.
