jetting

Default jetting

am i right in leavin the little piece of plasti(bush) on the needles when i jet my raptor or do you leave it off (its like a little plastic spacer white)

If its what im thinking of then definately leave it on. Its there to prevent flat spots after jumps or big hits.

k&n outerwear
no lid
3rd clip from top
3/2.5 turns
yoshi slip on

yes i like in uk so we are nearlly the same sea level as you just a little colder

Looks pretty close for a no lid slipon setup. I assume you are talking mikuni jets. Your elevation might cause you to alter that jetting though. As you go higher you need to lean the bike out because its getting less air. Just make sure it doesnt backfire on decelleration for starters.

jetted using 155/160 jets and 2/215 on air screw and 3rd clip on needle and still seems to puff a little black smoke out
