Hi All,
I need the little piece of rubber hose that goes from my header pipe to the silencer. I have heard that I need to go directly to a Yamaha dealer for this. Is this true? Does anybody know what to use for this?

You can go to your local autoparts store and find a replacement. I beleave you need heater hose but I'm not sure. Take them your old one, and they can match it. Make sure you get a high temp hose.

 

I went to the auto parts store and bought some radiator hose for $3 and it works fine.

 

Yonkers,i would at least try the heater hose first. when i had my blaster i had to get a new one and went to yamaha for it. It was like $20.
