The banshee, raptor, and yfz450 are all awesome bikes but which one is the best for dunes. I have a banshee and its sweet for the sand, but how are the raptor and yfz450?

The Raptor is awsome in the sand. As for the 450, the torque isn't there. I'm 6'3" , I looked like a mokey f^#@&$! a football when I rode it, too small.

My 2cents:

All stock raptor is third no two ways about it banshee second, yfz kills both. Modified / bang for the buck, (i.e. pipes & airbox) Banshee and yfz are real close, Raptor still third.

Gotta love these treads... mark my word if this goes anywhere it will get ugly.

Off subject here, but what do you think of LTE's dual setup for the raptor?

Disregard. I don't believe they make it for the 450r.

Let's get ugly...450r smokes yfz450 all day long. I love these forums. I've ridden both and seen them drag all day, both stock and very
experienced riders.
