Hey, I've only riden 2-3 ATV's and actually would like to get one now, I was told by a friend to get an 03'-05' 660R. I wanted to get the KFX700.. What should I get between those, or other's. Thanks for the advice in advance everyone.

Welcome to the forums.

Well there two pretty different machines

Raptor manual transmission pure sport bike.

The V-force is an Auto tranny alot heavier but don't get my wrong it's still really fast.

I guess it's going to come down to what you want to do with it. There both great trail machines but when it comes to riding a little more on the edge of extreme the Raptor is better because it's lighter.

Welome to the forum....They are both great bikes and feed on after market parts but again the Kow is alot heavier and I believe it is a shaft drive. If it is possible to ride both and then decide..you would be much happier in your decision.I have the Raptor...but I wish I had them both and the Polaris 500 and the DS 650 and the YZF 450 (not the Honda 450r)Maybe next years model. KFX's are mean machines, but I wouldn't think they'd be better than a Rappy to jump, climb, and trailride. Just my $.02 but I'd go rappy all the way I did 3 times.

Each have different setups. One is a total hill shooter and climbs anything fast. The other is real fast on the straights and is unbelievable as far as jumping. The suspension on it is so nice. The is bone stock I am thinking of going with a 686 kit for it.
