i was just thinking which would be the best quad for me to start off on.. i new to ridding i havent rode a quad yet. but im willing to learn and fall if i must LOL well im like 147lbs and 5'7 if that means anything with picking a quad. the 250 and 400 tb are really nice there full auto and i herd u can make them into rockets i also herd it takes alot of money and if u keep them stock there no good, and there 2 strokes so doent that mean there going to need to be fixed alot the top end. and it wont tech me to shift. but i like the idead od gas and go and it doent look like a big utily kinda quad i dont like that way they look. so i figured the raptor cause its like a bit updated warrior. soo plz just give me good info. AND DONT JUST SAY THE FASTEST ONE, cause what a ex. rider might be able to handle i might not be able to and also dont tell me a kfx/z/ex 400...to fast Thanx i know you guys will be helpful

I don't know the top speed of a TB400, I never owned one but I would sav at least 60+. I would say you would go many years between topend rebuilds. Some of the banshee owners might jump in and give their opinion of 2 strokes. Or post this question in the Polaris forum. If you don't want a 2 stroke get a 4 stroke. The last year for the TB400 was 2003 but some dealers still have some left overs but might be hard to find.
