They have to concentrate on upgrading the yfz components since its just fresh from its first year of production. The raptor is now the oldest high performance atv design without major modification since 02. At least the 400ex got a new carb. The ds has been upgraded significantly for 04, and none of the other atvs were around then. (except the cannibal but thats a different story)
