Default help with 2005 grizzly

I recently bought a 2005 green grizzly, put on a big wheel/tire kit, a clutch kit, and also a pro circuit t-4 exhaust. i was wondering if i had to rejet it. and also is it hard or should i pay someone else to do it for me. i am only 16 but like to mess around with stuff by myself but sometimes i mess things up if you know what i mean. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You are probably getting more air thru the engine now that you have the pipe. You will need to have it rejetted. I did mine myself, but if you aren't a grease monkey like me then you should probably have it done. I bought a QuadWorks kit that had a K&N Filter and a Dyno jet kit. If you follow directions well you could probably do it yourself. You will have to remove the front rack, the front snorkle cover, the gas tank, and I usually remove the air box. You will then be able to loosen the clamp on the front of the carb and swing it up and out. I didn't remove the choke cable or throttle cable. I just did the work with them still attached.
If you want the most out of your griz you will want to get more air in and out. If you get a K&N it really does let more air in and you get more power. It works better in combination with a pipe because you have to limit the restrictions on both sides of the motor. Some people put on the K&N without reducing the restrictions on the way out then you might not think that it is worth it. The Dyno jet kit calls for a 155 main jet with a pipe. This is coarser than the stock jet and it is not a lean as some people think. I modified my airbox lid with Uni filter vents and I am about to go to a 165 because I have so much incoming air. Good luck.

I think that you can get them thru Highlifter.com, but you should be able to go to Quadworks or K&N and find a dealer in your area. Most dealers have them also. I really like the Dyno jet kit. The Quadworks kit comes with the Dyno jet kit, k&n filter, and an Outerwears prefilter.
