So is it safe to say the fram is only painted silver???? and not chromed?

 

tha camo is week in my opinion, it aint a utility and i dont know who asked for that..

 

The frame would be painted not chromed.

From that picture it looks like the Raptor is on pedestals and pretty high up looking at the other quads at floor level.
