raptor yfz450 front shocks

raptor yfz450 front shocks
ive read about some of you guys putting the 450 fronts on the raptor
im trying to do the same. ive shortened up top mounts and can now slide bolt through, but on bottom
im not sure where to grind bot of shock itself or bot mount and a-arm.
anyone with exper with this?
