I hear what you guys are saying. I'm new to being a moderator,. Can't say I know it all. Try to keep a level keel and show the ones that push the limit, to think about what they are posting and how they may or may not be contributing to the forum. If you see a problem, send it to the moderators by hitting the "thumbs down" icon. I do remember how some guys were, when they joined the forum. Now, after some time and maturity, they for the most part help out other members. You always have the option of posting in the thread and then removing the check mark, so you are removed from that thread's subscription. Or ignore the thread where someone has posted, that rubs you the wrong way.

Write in there what you would like us to look at or what your complaint is. That way we know where to look. After you send it off, it gets emailed to all the moderators. Dan

NJRaptor, thanks

You just got to avoid some of the posts you know are pointless. Too many good guys on here to leave over a couple @$$ clowns that are only here to start arguments and make up stories.

Well Roost,,,,when you find the perfect forum,,,,,drop me a line and save me from these sorry new/confused members.

If you are going to abandon the forums,,,,then why should we waste time with your thread, of no particular value.

If someone is confused,,,,you offer em help. If they are a pain,,,,then push the thumbs down button.

Maybe if we all cried together,,,,,things would get better

Amen, Bing. I have had an overwhelmingly good experience with this forum over the last year, and I dont think there is any better place to turn to for help or ideas, or just a place to talk with other atvers. I have made a few posts that I'm not particularly proud of, I've said childish things because someone said something ignorant or wouldnt accept the truth about something, but who hasnt? I've had further conversations with most of the people I posted those things to, and in the end, I either find that they are a smart, good-hearted person who was just misinformed, or they are thick, stupid, and dont care about anything that anybody else has to say. So, with the good people, I continue talking to them, offer them help and they offer me help in return. To the bad people, I ignore them and they usually ignore me as well. I dont let people drive me from the forums, its a free country and if somebody doesnt like me, thats their business, but it doesnt mean that I should leave. I'm gonna miss you roost, you backed me up a number of times when dealing with anti-banshee posts, and you are just a fun person to have around. Your original ideas behind the 2-stroke pact were, IMO, good-hearted and I respect you for that, the thread got a little out of hand with anti-4-strokers and it was ruined, but the idea that the 2-stroke guys need to band together was an honorable suggestion. I prefer the AUG group formed by eceriderjbomb, because it doesnt exclude anyone, but both were good ideas. Sorry to see you go and I hope you'll come back sometime.

It's not easy knowing when to draw the line. You give some the benefit hoping they'll catch on that others don't care for their posts, that's why I let some go maybe longer then they should have. But some just don't catch on.
I hope you stick around.

Well, Well, Well
NOW I think you make a good moderator Sixsixty... I just noticed you were patrol-ing... BTW, Any dyno time for you guys yet??

And for this subject, (lets try to set a good example fellas)... Like somone said, Its not a perfect world.. And IMO There are some pretty knoledgable kids on this forum that out-weigh the more wild kids that post PERIODIC BS.
I think that if a kid posts a question that may sound off the beaten path, Some should try to be patient and answer... Youve got to ask and listen, to learn. And if there are some foul posts, Ya can always ignore them right? This forum has some very good info!

I creeped on trailpimp before I made any reply to his nonsense.
