Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me some reasons of why the purchase the Raptor 660 over the Preditor 500.

Not to offend anyone but can you not tell me its because Yamaha is better and so on, factual reasons plz.

well both are good quads,the raptor has reverse and wheelies easier than the pred,but the pred has better handling and suspension,also they put out about the same power and speed.Its a tough choice,because there both about equal,but i say if your going to be doing more trail riding get the raptor.

 

The Raptor has more torque, which depending on where you ride, can be useful. Better for trails, and it has reverse which is also a plus for trails. The suspension is decnet.

The Predator has a very nice and plush suspension very good for jumping. It is also very fast, like the raptor. In a drag race stock for stock, it could go either way. Pred would be more of an open class MX quad I would say.

Both would be good picks, but the reason I would pick the raptor is because of reverse and more torque, thats about it. Both are good quads.
