Default raptor vs predator vs yzf450???

g'day all,

tossing up between raptor 660, predator 500 and yzf450 for riding trails and enduro over here in aus. i dont think the '450s fuel tank is big enough for the riding im doing and so its down to the predator and raptor. its so hard, predator looks better (i think) and also steers better but the yami is more comfy. Help please!!!!!!, which is cheaper? any help!?

thanx

The pred does look better IMO...

The pred is cheaper, and comes with alot more stock then the raptor.

Predator comes with stock:
Douglas rims,Razr tires,Strong rear axle chrome i might add, braided steel brake lines,PRO steering,Fox Shocks and more...

For the price you will pay for a Raptor then have to fix its handling issues and other bugs you can buy a pred with aftermarket parts already and put the money you saved back into the quad for performance parts...

Now for the YFZ they are quick little machines, there is aftermarket over size gas tanks for the 450s...

IMO the pred is the best bang for the buck, its the cheapest and you get the most...

Go with either Yamaha product. The Raptor is a time tested machine that will not disappoint you. The YFZ450 is a rocket and you can add a bigger tank if you need it. They are both better bikes than the Predator and that is why they cost more...good luck..

some people never learn

no yamaha just over charges the 450 sucks for trail riding i heard the o5 front suspention is better for trail riding and seat is softer but the pred is were its at the rappy is ok at every thing its more of a cruizer compared to the other 2 racers there allways will be this is better than that just buy what one you think looks better and you can get a decent price you will have a blast on all and i tink aus is mostly desert so you may want to look at the ds650 imo

I have spent 45 days at Swanborne Barracks over there and from the terrain I saw....either the raptor or ds650 is what you will want/need for those long rides in the dunes/down the beach

I could actually retire over there...had a great time
