Default Changing Oil and filter.

Hello,
I am going to change the oil in my raptor 350 (old warrior?). Anyways ive done some looking but things seem to be outdated. I am curious about when someone says they "oil" their air filter what does that mean? And I think thats it for now. Maybe an easy way to change the oil, ive heard there can be problems. Thanks

Default Changing Oil and filter.

changing your oil and oiling your air filter arent related. you have to put special filter oil on the air filter or it wont filter to its potential and eventually ruin your motor. i oil mine every few rides. depending on what type of filter you have there are different oils. get a good manual for it, like a clymer, it will cover everything you need to know about all maintenence.

So when you say oil the filter are you talking about using some kind of special oil and pooring it onto the foam filter?

Yes it is my 1st bike and im pretty impressed with it. She rides real stiff though, and after a couple hours on the trails, I have to stop because my body hurts hehe.

you can soften the suspension if you havent yet. front and back

Your body will get used to it sooner or later.
