anyone know the valve specs for a '95 Breeze?

And, I know you set piston at TDC when you make the adjustment, but on which stroke... compression or intake? how do you know when it's on the correct stroke ? (I think on my Honda m/c, you can wiggle the rocker arm a little on the compression stroke, but on the intake stroke, the rocker arms are stiff)....
