1. yes you will have to re-jet
2.lot louder, had one on my scrambler before i got the supertrapp, and it was really loud
3.no, i didnt really feel much of a differance(lot of people say they just produce noise, not power)but they do look pretty cool
4.i never really had problems with it, other then having the neighbors call the cops on me for being so loud..lol..
hope this helped a little, Ex999....

If his jetting is a little rich throughout the various carb fuel circuits, then this may be a decent recommendation. If raptorrida419's jetting is spot on or lean now, adding an aftermarket exhaust could lean the engine for less power than previously or even worse melt the top end down. I am curious, why would ds650bajarunner recommend not re-jetting up when he went with a jet kit with his white bros exhaust? Originally posted by: DS650BajaRunner

Well gary is right about that , but over here a friend of mine had a warrior and had only filter and a yoshimura and was running on stock jetting which i found extremely odd but nontheless the ride went smooth, in Puerto Rico altitudes differ from the US and also tempeture, that might be a factor for the mixed thoughts on jetting.
Sorry for any confusion caused.
Safe riding out there
