Default Help Installing Pipe

Well I recently purchased a used FMF Fatty Pipe for my blaster but When i went to install it i became very disappointed when i was missing a part.

Here's a picture of what i need, http://yankees1092.tripod.com/x_atv_factoryfatty.jpg

Can I order this part or what?
Did I get screwed?

Thanks.
