I'd get the Lt probably because there rarer. They are slower and handle about the same but 10 years from now you could still get a shee easily but the lt will be harder to find. Either way its a 2 stroke

I have owned both, the shee was a 97 and the lt250r was a 86. Where I ride is usually in tight woods but I've
also done the motocross with both of them. The banshee flies really well, is excellent in the air, but straight up stinks
in the corners. In tight woods the shee has a tough time breathing and simply lacks bottom end. The Lt suffered alot of bump
/steer which I found could be cured by simply turning the tie rod ends upside down. In stock trim it does better in tight woods
than the shee, the front was light on the jumps and had to be compensated more than the shee. Both machines have crappy
tires in stock form. On a fast track I would take the shee, on a tight technical track or in the woods I would take the Lt. If
you choose the Lt put a roost boost on it, and it will start on the first kick, otherwise may have to kick it some. Another note
Lt swingarms do occasionally break. All in all in my conditions, I was happier with the Lt, but that may not be the case for you.
Hope this helped.
