The stock grab bar on the raptor is good for one catch. I found thisout the hard way, Not long after i got my raptor i was jumping out of a small depression by the house, I came up out of the hole one time and after landing it i stayed on the throttle and stood it up. Everything was good until i leaned too far back, the grabbar caught me, but after going about 20feet with the quad up on the rear tires and the grab bar, the stock grab bar bent up into the plastic and sent the quad over backwards towards me. I kicked off and got it to fall on all fours while i landed on my butt.
The worst part of this whole thing was having to chase the damn thing for about 200 yeards as it idled across the field. thank goodness that it finally got into some ruts and stalled out, I might still be chasing that crazy thing.
I straightened the stock grab bar, and it worked for a bit, but you could pick the quad up by it and it would start to bend, I definetly suggest replacing the stock rear grab with a quality aftermarket part. DG, UM Performance, GYT-R, AC Racing and many others make suitable replacements.

I had the quad come back on me also after the bar bent too far. Which by itself isn't a big deal except when you push the quad over one way or another it will land on the side of one of the front tires and bend your a-arms. I've bent two a-arms so far, and they are expensive. And yes, I have chased my quad also, and it sucks. Thinking about putting a kill switch on it since I seem to stay on two wheels a great deal. Gotta love the Raptor, it is a wheelie machine!

If you want to catch your weele use your rear brake it will stop your from flipping. I started on a paved road it works a lot better that in the dirt, but it hurts more if you wipe out.
