i noticed on yamahas web page most of the stickers are different than the stickers on my 2001 banshee like on the sides right behind the radiator it doesn't say liquid cooler on mine....and instead of saying twin 350 6-speed mine just says twin 350.........are there different ways that the factory puts stickers on banshee's or did yamaha just make the banshee on their web page look cooler by puting different stickers on it???

 

If your Banshee only has "350 TWIN" below the seat and says Yamaha by the gas tank than you have a 2000 model, not a 2001. The "Twin 350 6-speed" decals started on 2001 models and I believe that they also added a Yamaha sticker to the front fenders. I'd take it back to the dealer if your bill of sale says a 2001. I'm more than positive that yours sounds like a 2000. I have a 2000 blue Banshee and it's sounds identical to mine.

 

is there actualy any difference in the 2000-2001 models? .....i realy like the stickers on the 2001 a lot better anyone know how much a set of stickers costs?

 

I am certain that there is no difference between a 2000 and a 2001 Banshee except for the decal changes and the front spindles are colored blue on the blue 2001's. Ever find out about you 2000 stickers on your supposed 2001 machine?

 

i looked on the reciept and it says 2000....i test drove a 2001 wolverine and a 2001 warrior and i just figured i test drove and bought a 2001 banshee....heh...i guess my ignorance shows itself again......i called the dealer and they said that they were sorry they didn't mention it was a 2000 and a sticker package with all of the stickers for the 2001 is $80.....but that i could probably find a better after-market sticker package for cheaper....anyone know any good sticker packages for the banshee????
