anybody ever have any electrical probs with rap
mine is dead ive checked all wiring and relay(that i know of)
if i short start relay it will start
any help would be awesome as im at a loss with this

Maybe your starter button is bad.

 

did u check the fuse, it should be right next to the relay

 

Check the connection at the batt

 

it is now officially a craptor...

wow lets tell someone their quad is useless and u dont even know wtf is wrong with it....

 

HEy just disconnect the relay pack remove fuses and wrap i t up with a cloth. hld it in hand , and slam it , gently , with finesse in the teh wall closest to you.
it worked on mine only i didnt wrap it up and it broke the fuse and got scratched a lil. BTW is an 04?? mine an 04 and its a piece if craptor art. im gonna trade for a Yfz like he said previosly.

 

If you had to jump across the relay to start it, don't you think it might be the relay that isn't switching? Try replacing the relay or if you have a good multitester and understand wiring diagrams, test the resister and switches to see if they are bad.
