Does anyone know what restrictors (carb or exhaust) can be removed from a 99 PW80 to get a little more top-end power out of it. It now runs great through mid range, and then runs out of steam on top. Thanks for your help.

You could alway go with an aftermarket exhaust. Otherwise I would just make sure that the jetting is correct, and that the compression is good.
