At least on a Raptor...They suck at the dunes and they suck at the Cinders...What paddles would you guys recommend..I'm thinkin 8 or 10 paddle skat trac haulers or extremes because of the extreme torque.

 

I have 22 inch 8 paddle haulers they are awesome.. I wouldnt go to the 10 but 8 is perfect and i liek 22's because get a little better top end

 

OK but don't you need more bottom end when climbing the hills?In other words..won't that screw with your gear ratio...I'm at 12/40 now..wouldn't that bring you back to almost a 13/40[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

The Sand Stars are a good tire all the way around. I have never seen the GBC paddle master in action but they look nice also.

 

I run 8 paddle Skat Trac haulers on my 440ex. They are very light and hook up great, I recommend them.

 

That seems to be the paddle of choice[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

What did you not like about them? My friend has them on a banshee and I by no means like them compared to my sand stars but he got them for like $35 each. Thats great considering those haulers are like 80 somthing... for a cheap paddle I thought they were ok.

 

Yeah..your rite..for a cheap paddle they are ok but out here in the soft silty river beds they don't float as well and dig deep holes instaed of carrying you on the sand

 

get sand shark v paddels for the cinders. $35 cheap.

 

why do they suck? I have em and, they do the job. The only difference i've noticed is that they don't throw the roost as high as the Skat Traks which my friends and, others behind me appreciate. I'd try running a little less air in them and go again. I have mine mountd on ITP 190's and, the combo is very light.
