I need to find an open airbox with the K&N clamp on filter. I am at sea level with the White Brothers E-Series slip on. What should I be running the jets, needles, and screws at for this setup? Also, should I get new pilots? I have to fix it before this weekend.

Anyone????? I am running 144/146 Dynos now and I will be going to Dynos for the new ones.

 

I've got the K&N filter with the Pro Design adapter and the e series on my 2001 Raptor. I am currently running 160/165 mains, 22.5 pilot, 3rd clip on the needles. I noticed a flat spot in the mid range so I went yesterday and ordered 25 and 27.5 pilots to see if that helps. I'm still tuning mine in, but it is running acceptable now.

 

Is that mikuni jets sizes, that sounds pretty big to be Dynojet sizes, right? Hopefully I don't have to go that big, if so, I've been running very lean. Today I ordered my pro flo with foam filter and bought a small K&N type filter for the breather hose. It'll be in wednesday. I won't be riding it after sunday till I get my kit in, so I need to get whatever jets ordered if I will need them so that I can take it apart monday. I've got the 136. 138, 140, 142, 144, 146, 148, and 150 in the kit.
