I hope your going to extended the swingarm with all the new found power.
I would go +3, or +4. I have a +4 for my blaster and I know it sounds like alot, but you gotta remember how short the blaster is stock. check out my pics, I have a pic there and it's +4, but only looks about +1 or 2 because it's soo short to begin with.

It depends on what she is going to be doing. I went with a +4 for just cruzin around in the pits and climbin lots of hills. Even on my stock motor, I still didn't really notice THAT much of a difference, it would still come up from time to time when you cracked on it. Im not sure how it will do with my hollywood motor.
Like I said, it all depends on her riding style. You mentioned drag racing, so maybe you should be thinking of somthing like a +4.

FMF,
Good thing she's light. It's been my experience that a Blaster with a heavier rider is a waste of time. They don't make enough torque to pull a heavy rider anywhere. Those little 2-strokes do make some good HP though and as long as you don't need torque your in good shape.
With her on it the thing should fly!
