Default Should I do it ?

Iam have been workin on gettin my baffle out, heated it up and what not, should I just cut my silencer in 1/2 and takin my baffle out and havein a buddie weld it back up ? I want it to be louder ! lol

When my friend took the baffle out of his old warrior he was able to do it without cutting anything off. i watched him do it and it dint look to hard. he basically jammed a needle nose plyer into it until it was loose, then he used the plyers to crimp the edges of until it was small enough to pull out. he had to yank on it pretty hard but it came right out.

I tryed that to, huh maby ill go and frig w/ it today to, see if i can pull the sucker out

i really dont know much about warriors but there might be some pop rivets in the back of the muffler that u might have to drill out to take it off. but i would not cut it either my nieghbor did that to his 230 quade sport and it sounds like **** i really think u best bet would be to take ne screws out or rivets and see if ne thing moves.
