Default K and N air filter

I just ordered a K and N filter and was wondering how much of a difference ther is between it and a stock? Is it very noticable or not?

Yepper you could of found out by doing a search, but no biggie....you wont really notice any difference with the very little hp it adds till you open up both ends, meaning an after market pipe. But it is a superior filter compared to the stock so your not going wrong either way. And yes it filters great in sand and in dusty conditions, just you have to clean the outerwear in the dusty conditions if your riding in it more then a day or two.

It adds nearly 1HP across the RPM range. It also helps the motor to produce HP further in the RPM range and keep the curve flatter for longer.
