Default The white raptors dirtyness

if i buy a raptor ill prolly get the white and red one and if or should i say when lol [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] it gets muddy and then when i wash it will it go back to the nice white it was when i bought it or will it get stained and stay a dirty white forever?? or would i be better off gettin the blue and white?lol

Well, it will usually stay clean white, though where your leg rubs against the plastic, the mud can stain it, all you need to do is take a buffer to it, and it goes back to the nice bright white.

The white n red is the ticket. Mines already stained along the tank but i dont care cuz i got it to ride not look pretty. Benifit of white plastic is it doesnt show the stress like the blue. since mine would look like crap after the last crash i had. but cant hardly tell. besides the missing grab bar and tail light and bent clutch lever [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Seems like the white stays pretty clean everywhere else. Just wax it and the mud will run right off.

one fly cowboy(or ne other raptor 660R owners) have you ever or do u think a raptor can handle going through 8 in of mud and go up a sorta steep muddy hill that has loose mud on it?

you might have some trouble with that hill...if it is a problem i think warn makes winches for sport quads now lol

I do all the time. even with the stock rear tires that thing flies up anything you can throw at it. Look at my pics our trails are pretty rugged. between mud, water, rocks n ledges, It just chews it all up. on the ranch we have more of a TT style track.

onflycowboy have you ever had ne problem gettin stuck and whats the deepest mud/ water youve been through?

I've gone through about a foot and a half of muskeg with my Rappy, and muddy hills are no problem as long as you know how to tackle them.
