Tie rods shouldnt be bending like that, even stockers. Your alignment, a rim, pittman arm, or something else is messed up if you arent hitting something. If you are running offset or flipped rims then the tie rods will bend much easier due the the increased leverage on them. Check your other components and if nothing seems wrong, then upgrade the rods and see what happens.

05 had the same with a gunmetal grey LE w/ grey camo grill and graphics

02-04 LE models have black frames, wheels, and hubs, everything other model has a silver color frame with grey hubs and wheels.
Hey maddog, Mine's an 03 Le with the blue flames black frame and the chrome rims and black hubs. I bought it brand new too. In 03 I think they made the Le with the blue flames and moved the red flames to the regular raptor.

There have never been flames on any non le raptor, at least not from the factory. The 03 black and red did not have flames.

No raptor comes with chrome rims. Either they are the stock aluminum or they are aftermarket.

LE Lineup

02 black w/ blue flames, silver rims, black hubs, frame and hood
03 black w/ red flames, silver rims, black hubs, frame and hood
04 black w/ yellow graphics, black rims, frame, hubs and grey hood
05 gunmetal w/ camo hood and graphics, silver frame, hubs, and wheels

To the best of my knowledge, that is the complete lineup.

I find it odd that yamaha would have released a new LE graphics color partway through the production run, but its possible.

Hey maddog,

Look at my pics. That is what it came with from the factory. It's an 03 LE and has the black powder coated frame. All I added in those pics is the lowering kit and nerfs.
