I recently purchased a 98 big bear 5 speed and love it. I was the first of my riding club to go 4 wheel drive and the other guys,after watching me play in the mud, followed with their own new 400,450,500's.After driving all of them I decided that my ride, being at least 100lbs lighter, was what I preferred. I don't work it,hunt,or tow so I dont need a big fat heavy bike.But here's my quandry:How do I get a little more speed on the odd roads we travel? This week I ordered 26" blackwaters, but am worried that they be worse then the stock shoes. So i also ordered the new exhaust that cobra has come out with for utility quads but I haven't heard anythig about it at all.Maybe some of you tuners out there can give me some tips as to things I can do as well(ie. air filter kits, jetting, etc.)We do mostly muddy riding in this part of Canada so the weight factor is important to me.
