Spark Plug Question

Default Spark Plug Question
Does anyone know which direction the plugs go in order of temperature? I currently run BR8ES NGK's but I'm running very rich, even at 50:1 (bel-ray mc-1) so I think I should upgrade to a hotter plug, but I dont know whether that would BR7ES or BR9ES. Anybody know?

BR7ES will be hotter. If that doesn't do it recheck the jetting.

on the ngk plugs the smaller the number the hotter the plug
