I have a 1987 WARRIOR and was just wondering if anyone has ever not used the cushion springs in the clutch, or if you need them. I ask this because i replaced my clutch but it's slipping really bad and wasn't sure if they may have something to do with it. Also in the manual to line up the v-notch on the friction plate with the arrow but my clutch kit didn't have a frction plate with a v-notch in it just one black one wich was a different dia. then the regular ones.
