cr125 vs blaster
The thing is you'll never beat a 125 mx bike. His power to weight ratio is much better than yours and with him pushing 30-35hp on a 205lb bike vs. a 325lb quad with 40-45 hp its not helping you. I don't mean to come off as an *** but its the facts, most quads will lose to mx bikes. Plus its mainly rider skill not how many ponies your pushing (at least in mx its that way).

Hey lemonade i had a question I bought a 99 blaster for 600 bucks a steal, all it needed was a top end i thought but when i took apart the top end i saw the bottom end crank was burnt which would be caused by the bottom end rod bearing i belive not to sure.....but anyways the crank is burnt and the bearing is thought to be shot would it be safe to just ride it the way it is with the oil actually in it not like the person before who owned it enpty. or do i need a new crank and bottom end bearing?? would the tranny gears be burnt havent cracked the case yet. if so do i need a whole new bottom end if i do would you have one i need one cheap i am only 15 yrs old and dont have too much cash. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!! You can e-mail me at bel0246@yahoo.com it would be appreciated.

I think the CR125 will take you.
My buddy has a modded CR125 and my Raptor walks neck in neck untill the top end then he goes sailing past me.
So i'm guessing even a piped CR125 is going to walk even a well built blaster.
If he has an air filter and it's jetted dead on the 125 is one fast machine.
