Default Banshee sputtering problem

OK got a problem to be diagnosed (by the way its not my banshee, its one at the shop) Ok, banshee just got a new top end, compression is good and everything, when you start it up it idles fine, but you revv it up it starts popping reeeeeally loud, and sputtering. we put a new CDI on it and it still does it, its not sucking any air and theres no broken reeds. I thought maybe a problem with the magnetic pickup??? Im gonna take all the electrical stuff off my banshee and try it on this one. any other ideas?

90% of the time when a banshee has a problem its due to the jetting/carb issue.

How far did they advance the timing? Is your keyway sheared any?

I think it is a timing issue!!
