wolverine issues

Default wolverine issues

i posted a couple weeks ago about my wolvy spit and sputtering, well to follow up i cleaned the carb. took it apart blew air through it put it back on. cleaned the gas tank, well it still does the same thing.
it idles for about 2-3 mins then it dies, when going down a hill without using the throttle, it will huckup when you reach the bottom and get back on the gas. any sugetions?

Maybe the intake boot?

HOW ABOUT THE FLOAT? ANY CHANCE YOU NUDGED IT WHEN YOU WERE CLEANING THE CARB?

check the cable that controlls the paking brake rev limiter. it looks jut like a little button from the inside. make sure it isnt stuck or sticking. the dealer wanrned me about this when i bought mine.

Check your intake boot. Mine came off a little and did kind of the same thing. Its from pulling and pushing on the the choke. They didnt really make enough lip on either side to get a good bite with the clamp.

Deimos, What EPI clutch kit do you have? Do you like it?

Its the only one that epi makes for the wolverine, and ya I do like it. It is only the clutch springs but they were twice the size as the stock ones. Its not gonna blow you away, but you can definately feel better hook up and punch with them, and for the price ($50) its worth it.

Thanks, I looked at the site but I did not see the wolverine listed. I will have to call them. Do you have a part number?
