Default What To Do

Today while taking the carb cover screws off, I rounded the head off 2 of the 4 screws, and the cover will not budge. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do, I need to have it re-jetted and running by Sunday. Thanks in advance.

Drill out the screws and get new ones.

If you cant get a drill in there, take a dremmel and put a small flat on the head of the screw. Then take vise grips and torque them out. Put liquid wrench on before trying to vise grip them out. Then replace the screws with some stainless socket head cap screws. Good luck.

If you can get a dremmel in there you can just grind a new slot in the head of the screw....
