Does anybody know how the spillway looks? I am planning on going riding tomorrow with some friends down there and I want to know if it is open.

 

Should be open and in ok condition. I was there last weekend and it was fine. We had ZERO rain from the hurricane. It might even be dusty. I will be out there next weekend.

 

I'd try to call. The wind from the hurricane backed up the lake water into the spillway. I think it will be ok, but better safe than sorry.

 

I went today, just got back actually. Crowds were pretty low today. There was not a whole lot of sport quads there. Of the 15-20 sports that were there 10 of them were YFZ-450's....One with cam mod was blazen. If I had decent tires I might of been able to hang with the others better. There was more mud there than I expected. Spillway must have got some rain...but, it was dusty though.

I took two of my buddys....but I should of left them at home...They wanted to stay in Area 2 the whole time. I can't go fast enough in there, Rap doesn't like to go slow. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
