Maddog, just decided to be different. I was going to get a YFZ but so many people have them and the engine problems generated with them, Crank shaft rod bearings going out.
Many times I have found myself wanting another machine, just to have something different to ride. The prairie is nice, but I'd like another sport in the stable.

I have no desire to do any more wrenching than I already do. Also, since everyone and thier mother has a yfz, I'm in no hurry to bark up that tree.

Sometimes I wish I just had a little 300ex or even a 400ex to play around on.

Good move ernie, glad you are happy with your new toy.

you know what, now that i think, you are totally correct. preds are aboslutely the best thing ever on 4 wheels, what was i thinking.. raptors and every other quad cant even compare to those monsters, im thinking about switching over to polaris, they are soooo great. faster than any other quad also. what was i thinking
that wasnt what he was saying dumbass... we are all trying to get it through your thick head that the pred IS better than what you say.

I'm not starting to get someones feathers ruffled am I....

I actually never said it was the best thing on 4 wheels. I just found it humorus that you thought they were such useless pieces of crap, but that everything you said sucked so bad about them was actually worse on your raptor..... And everyone on here knows I'm not into bashing peoples rides, but when you blatantly make ignorant comments I can't help but throw the mud in your eye. Do your homework before you start trash talking junior. You may find your throwing stones in a glass house.

alright lest compare guys in all honesty, rap vs pred, shall we?
trails- we all know who wins that out of the 2-rap rap
useable power- id say rap, im not to impressed with the feel of the preds power
speed-id have to go with pred for topend and road speed
jumping- i prefer the raptor because it seems much easier to correct in the air than the larger predator
more fun- id much rather a craptor anyday, great no matter where u ride
everysingle predator ive ridden, which is acually only 2, i couldnt get used to it at all- the seat is too hard and aqward for my liking, and it wouldnt hook up at all for me, no matter how i sat or shifted my wieght. so every comment i ever made about the pred was from my own personal experiences. it just feels like there is a few better quads out there than it. thats all, no need to continue this war, i read all of my previous post, and noticed how unfair they all were. i over exaggerated my dislikes for the pred.

why does the rap win in the trails? the only reason i feel it better is cause of reverse... pred now has reverse...
usable power... the raptor does has more low rpm pulling power
jumping... pred larger? HAH!!! what a joke...

hey hosed, chill pal! its so much harder to correct the pred in the air i feel because its much wider, heavier, and more aqward. in trails, i much prefer the narrow frame for really zipping in and out of trees. w/e, i dont even care pal. i do appologize for raggin SO hard on the pred before, but its not great.

First off, good job Hozed, for sticking up for the pred....that deserves credit. Next the pred doesn't weight any more than the rappy, and it is wider, which is a good thing to most people.
