RPM Dominator axle & RAD-Loc nut for Raptor
#1
I finally bent my stock 01 Raptor axle. I was planning on replacing it with an RPM Dominator axle based on the posts I've read and the fact that it's the same price as a lonestar and apparently better (more durable, no hub issues). I was also just going to use the stock axle nuts since I've never had a problem with them on my stock axle.
The dealer phoned and told me that the distributor said that the RPM axle for the Raptor actually uses banshee spec axle nut threads and I'll need to get an axle nut(s) for a banshee. My dealer suggested I either buy stock banshee nuts or go with the RAD-Loc axle nut (for a banshee). According to the distributor banshee axle nut threads are better (stronger?) than raptor threads and that is why RPM uses banshee threads.
Has anyone else heard about the RPM axle for the Raptor using banshee spec axle nut(s)? Is a RAD-Loc axle nut a good choice?
Thanks in advance,

i am also wondering about those g force axles.. i have no clue if they are good or not but if it were me id hang on and find out. also if it were me id get the rpm because 1 its the most reliable axle out there, I race mx and the rpm is what most racers use, and finally it has a ture lifetime warrenty. The durablue is junk well the axle is alright (horrible for mx) and the company was mean to me when i lost my reciept to the axle. huh? its rediculous. If your product fails so be it dont take it out on the customers!!!!
