Try

www.truckworld.com
www.fullsizechevy.com, I would highly recommend this one over the other.

no that is not possible.
to my understanding the ss is an awd truck not a 4wd truck
the awd setup doesnt have a selectable transfer case and it has a center differential instead
without the front driveshaft the trucks center diff would unload to the front and the rear driveshaft wouldnt move at all
besides why would you want to make it a 2wd??????????

i am not 100% positive im right about the drivetrain
tell me what you know and i can elaborate

Well truck forums are my thing and go to about 4 daily. I don't think you can take out the cv's out tho, I've heard it doesn't work right. I have a 4x4 that I want to make into a 2wd so I can bag it. I been looking into too, but don't think its going to happen. Here are some forums, I have the same name on all of them quiksilverz71

yeah to bag your truck it takes more than just removing the 4x4 parts
we ran into this problem when looking for an old body style escalade to bag
i didnt know that the old ones only came in 4wd
but we do know that our friend shane peacock said it would be too much trouble
hes bagged probibably more than 100 trucks and his name is on quite a few that have been in street trucks, sport trucks, truckin
you need new arms and a bunch of hand fabbed parts not worth it for someone on a budget
for bagged vehicles check out street source mag
