Extending stock swing arm

Used swing arm - ebay

I want to hear some opinions on the diferent options, for the new ones... Who makes the qualityy products and has reasonable prices. Extending swing arm, how do I find someone I can trust will do a good job on it. Finnally, how do i not get scammed buying one on ebay

Small company out or Richmond Illinois called "Performance Machine". Its run by a guy that goes by the name of "DStroyer" in the Bomb section. He will make you a ADJUSTABLE swingarm for the Rappy. Sounds crazy, but it works VERY WELL. He made one for me and I love it. I can shorten it up and MX the bike one day then lengthen it and drag race with it the next. Right now, mine is set to +2 at its shortest and I can set it to +6 and +9. He can make em to be set at what ever length you want.

quadbart - Wow, that sounds pretty cool, do you have any pics?

I was going to suggest a JTM extension, if you dont want it you take it off. I have put mine on in 35 min and that included the chain extension as well. Oh, by the way, ClutchOlds has one for sale in the garage and swapmeet section. Do they hold up? Heck Yeah!! I had my Raptor at 15 ft in the air and it has gone thru more abuse than any other swing arm has that I know of that is extended.

I had Bullet fab lengthen mine by 2". Very nice work but it finally cracked at the welds. I went with a Tucker +4 and love it ! I've had it for quite a while with ZERO problems.

I dont recommend extending them, the money seems better spent on something built longer from the beginning - at least that was my experience.
