Anyone had to deal with Yamaha directly? I posted on my brake problems on my Grizzly...just wondering if they tend to back the customer or the dealer???

Well I called yamaha corp. in Canada and they were amazing. I had a problem with the VIN on my Wolverine and they took care of the problem right away, and also sent me a custom letter for the licence office within 20min
