Ok, I checked that seal again and it looks fine. Didn't notice anything that set a light on saying it might be bad.

Also I have the info on the jets.

Main Jet- #230
Pilot Jet- #32.5
Needle Jet- #5J22 with the clip set at the 2nd from the top.

Put it all back together. Even if that wasn't it, you did fix alot of problems, like water in the case, and missing bolts. Then I would move onto the jetting. With the mods you have, and basically stock jetting, no wonder it's not running right. Let me know when you get it all back together and I'll help ya figure out where you should be at with the jetting.
Can you get it to run at all, even a idle?

I got it started this past week and had nice compression... But the worst thing that could happen did... I was getting really bad kick-back and didnt really think much of it and one of those times there was a bang inside the tranny, breaking one of the gears strait in half and cracking my block (OMFG!!!!!) So now im suck all pissed b/c I was so close to having a running machine... gah

You don't need to plug them together. Jsut unplug the 2 key switch wires and it will start.
