Default Taking heel guards off???

People who have raptors, when you take your plastic stock heel guards off, the one with the brake resavoir, how would you take that side off when it attaches to the heel guard. Its hard to say.the other day i took it off and the brake resavoir comes with it, so what should i do to keep it on there but take the stock heel guards off and keep them off.

I took the simple way out, and when I removed my heel guards, I cut the steel brackets that mount to the fenders for support, and around the brake resi.

It sure will. I've been saved a few times by the heel guards and you'll never see me own a quad without nerfs and heelguards or full floorboards.
