Got back this weekend and tore into the raptor a little. The smoke is coming from the crank case breather hose. My coolant is over flowing but there is no coolant on the spark plug and no leaks around the head gasket. Ill do a compression check as soon as i have time. Piston cracked or hole in it?

 

i had the same white smoke coming outta my warrior crank tube

Can ya smell exhaust fumes in the radiator?

 

well i figure it has to be something with the piston. Its leaking compression into the crank case to where it blew the filter off the crankcase breath hose. I dont smell coolant anywhere on the bike, nothing from the exhaust, nothing in the carbs, and the oil is blacker than tar but nothing in it. I took the motor out last night (suprisingly easy) to get ready to ship out anyways.

 

Oh and its not steam, its the smokiest smoke i have seen lol.
