Hi i just bought a brand new raptor 350 and its my first atv. I have a question about my first oil change. Ok i bought 2quarts of 10 - 40 Silkolene oil for it thinking it wouldnt take any more then that, but when i got home i looked at my manual (which i should have done first) and i see that it take about 3quarts. So what i did was put the 2 quarts of the 10-40 Silkolene in and instead of going out and buying a 3rd bottle my friend had a bottle of the Honda GN4 10-40 oil and i mixed it with my Silkolene.

---So my question is,,, Is that going to be ok since they are the same weight??? Or should i just change it and put all the same in????

 

i dont think it will hurt it but i personally wouldnt do it because it would bother me im a freak like that though i just try an keep it all matched lol but naaa i think it will be just fine [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

yep i do love her even though saturday she got a little screwed up i flipped it down a hill did about 5 times broke my front inner fender mount scratched up my front fender real bad put 2 white creases in it bent my handle bars all up makes me soooo sick but its all part of rideing we all wreck sometime just wish mine could have been about 2-3years latter lol[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
