Default CARB SETTING TOOL FOR RAPTOR.......NEED ONE!

Does anybody have a decent carb setting tool for the raptor....If so,where did you get it? and do you have a link to a website for it. Everybody knows that it's a real pain in the azz to do anything with the carbs on the raptor...esp main jet swapping.

I don't think you can swap mains without pulling the carbs. But Motion Pro makes a 110 degree (maybe its 115) angle necked screw driver that adjust the fuel screws while the bike is running.

edit: sorry its a 90 degree, I don't know where I got 110. screw driver...scroll down a little

To adjust the AF screw on the stock carbs, I cut a small screwdriver. Hacked the handle down to a nub and cut the shaft to 1.5" with a thin flat tip. It worked fine if I waited until the engine was cool. If the engine was hot, I always burned my hand a little. You can't change main jets on the stock carbs while they are attached.

Sure you can. But it requires removal of the header pipe and the starter.

By the time the change was done you could have taken the carbs off twice testing mains.

The one you want from Motion pro is

this one. Scroll down the page to the pilot adjusting tool. Works great for the air/fuel screw on the Raptor. $29 still a bit pricey but not as bad as the $109 model.
