Default Wolverine tires

Right now I have 25x10 tires all around, but I am thinking about replacing the front with 25x8 in the front and keeping the 25x10 in the back. The tires now are titan 589's and I am wondering if I should stick with the titans in the front or if anyone can tell me a good tire to put on the front.

The reason for doing this is I want a lighter front end and I will also have extra rear tires.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Ryan

I would go with the same tire. Then they should be the same size. Not all 25 are the same height so if you do go to a different tire make sure it is the same height

He's absolutely right. With the full time 4wd you've got to be extra careful about getting the same size tire and like Jazz mentioned, just because it has the same number doesn't mean it will be exact.

I've got 25" mudlites on my stock rims, no problems, 25x8-12 on front, 25x10-12 rear.

Nope, in fact it's a little faster in each gear.

Nope, you don't need a kit, just the tires. They fit the stock rims fine and don't rub when turning or bottoming out the suspension.
I got my tires from eBay too. They were about $30.00 or so cheaper there than any other place I could find. I think I paid $220 for all four with shipping.
ATV North has them for around $230 with shipping. The only 25" inch ones I've seen on eBay lately were around $250 with free shipping.
